Seriously.
There really isn’t anything that I want this year for Christmas and it’s because I feel so content and blessed beyond measure. And you are a HUGE part of that!!!!
Christmastime and New Years always makes me kind of sentimental and reflective… so when I look back over just the past 6 months of 2011, it’s hard to believe where I was and where we are now.
I have two children for always and forever that I didn’t even know existed 6 months ago…. much less know how we could ever afford the 32K + price tag that comes with international adoption. But God knew who our babies were… he knew where Ezra was even when NOBODY does know where he was when he was just a few months old… He knew the circumstances of Evie’s life when she was in her mothers womb and where she would be abandoned, starving to death and screaming for help. He knew who would discover and have compassion on both Evie and Ezra and would take them to a certain orphanage. He knew where the expenses were going to come from even before YOU knew you were going to be a part of this journey with us. He drew each of you in and made you a very intimate part of my life and a huge part of this wonderful Christmas season!!

If you ever doubt if God will Accomplish His will and His leading in your life in a way that will Glorify Him and point others to Him when it comes to what you KNOW He’s asking of you ….. no matter how crazy and far out it may seem…..Don’t. Not for a minute.
Now, I couldn’t be happier with this month’s winner. He would never want me to point praise towards him but this guy has faithfully given and been a part of this adoption from the very beginning. It does my heart good to be able to give him just something little even though I could never fully Thank him… or ANY OF YOU!!! for all what you’ve done and how you’ve sacrificed for us and for our babies. AJ, you might have to find a cute girl to give that apron to for Christmas. ;)
And I so would have done a video…. but honestly, I’m too tired to. This just was way easier and I’m already way late in getting this posted anyways.
So…. stillframe it is.
